How every feature works, what the warranty covers, and how shipping and returns are handled.
Wireless/Bluetooth
Every wireless pair we sell runs Bluetooth 5.0 or later, with a stable connection out to about 30 feet indoors. Pairing is held on the headphones, so a pair you have used before reconnects the moment you power it on. If a device refuses to pair, hold the power button for eight seconds to clear the list and start again.
30+ Hours Battery Life
Playback figures are measured at 50 percent volume with noise cancelling on. Cold weather and high volume both shorten a charge; neither harms the cell. A ten-minute charge adds roughly three hours, and a full charge takes under two hours from any USB-C supply.
Noise Cancelling
Active cancellation works on steady low-frequency noise: engines, rumble, air conditioning. Sudden high-frequency sound is much harder to remove, which is normal and not a fault. Cancellation depends on a good seal, so replace flattened ear cushions before assuming the electronics have failed.
Control Buttons
The right cup carries play, pause and track skip; the left carries volume and the noise-cancelling mode. A double tap answers a call, a long press rejects it. Every control is physical rather than touch-sensitive, so gloves and rain make no difference.
Siri/Google-Assistant
One tap on the left cup wakes the assistant your phone already uses. Nothing is recorded by the headphones themselves: the microphones open only while the assistant is listening, and the indicator light stays on for as long as they do.
Multiple Devices
Multipoint pairing holds two devices at once, so a call on your phone interrupts a film on your laptop and hands back afterwards. Switching is automatic, and the pair remembers up to eight devices in total.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping is free worldwide on every order, carried by FedEx, DHL or LBC depending on where you are. Orders placed before 14:00 UTC leave the same working day and arrive within two to five days in most countries.
Every parcel is packed in recycled protective board with no plastic film. If a pair is not right for you, send it back within 30 days in its original box for a full refund; we cover the return label.
Returns and exchanges can also be handled in person at any of our six stores, whichever way the order arrived.
Warranty
Every pair carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing faults, starting on the day it is delivered. That covers drivers, electronics, hinges and the charging port.
Wear items are excluded: ear cushions, headband padding and cables flatten or fray with use, and we stock replacements for every model in each store and online.
To start a claim, send us the order number and a short description of the fault. Most repairs are completed within a week, and we will tell you honestly when a replacement is the better answer.
