When you place an order we collect the name, delivery address, email address and phone number needed to get the parcel to you, together with the order itself. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.

When you sign up to the newsletter we store the email address you give us and nothing else. When you contact support we keep the message and our reply so the next person you speak to has the history.

Order records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Support conversations are kept for two years, which matches the warranty period. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email we send.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the carrier delivering your parcel and the processor taking your payment.

The store uses cookies to remember what is in your cart and to keep you signed in. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them, and declining them changes nothing about how the store works.

You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We answer these requests within 30 days, and there is no charge.
