About this Project
Futuristic mixed-use development pushing the boundaries of structural engineering. A transfer truss at level four lets the residential grid sit over a retail grid that shares none of its lines.
The result reads as one building from the street and behaves as three inside it, each with its own core, its own servicing and its own front door.
