Locked Steel Gate

About this Project

Innovative commercial complex with flowing lines inspired by natural wave formations. The massing steps back as it rises so the street keeps its light, and the roof terraces fall out of that move rather than being added to it.

Materials were kept to three: a warm precast, a bronze-anodised frame and glass. Restraint at that scale is what makes the curve legible instead of busy.
