Award-winning building featuring dramatic curved facades and open interiors. The curve is not applied. It is the shortest line that keeps every floor plate within the daylight factor the brief set.
Inside, the plan is deliberately loose. Nothing is fixed except the cores and the risers, so a floor can be one tenant or six without a single wall moving.
