Terms of Use

These terms cover the films, photographs and written material published on this website, and the bookings made through it. By browsing the site or sending an enquiry you accept them.

Bookings and deposits

A shoot date is held once a signed agreement and the deposit are received. Deposits secure the crew for that date and are non-refundable, but a booking may be moved once to another available date at no extra cost.

Ownership and licence

The studio keeps the copyright in every film and frame it produces. Clients receive a perpetual, worldwide licence to share and print their own films for personal use. Commercial use is agreed separately and priced per campaign.

Delivery

Wedding films are delivered within ten weeks of the shoot, commercial work within the timeline set out in the project agreement. Raw footage is archived for twelve months and can be supplied on request.

Cancellation

Cancellations more than ninety days before a shoot release the client from any balance beyond the deposit. Inside ninety days the balance falls due, since the date can rarely be resold.
