This policy explains what personal data the studio collects, why it is collected, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

Enquiry forms collect a name, an email address, an optional phone number and whatever you write in the message. Nothing else is required to answer an enquiry.

How it is used

Your details are used to reply, to prepare a quote and, once a booking is made, to plan and deliver the shoot. We never sell contact details and we do not add anyone to a mailing list without a clear opt-in.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after twelve months. Booking records are kept for six years because tax law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. Write to the studio email address in the footer and we will answer within thirty days.

Images of people

Footage and photographs featuring identifiable people are only published with permission. If you appear in published work and would like it taken down, tell us and it will be removed.
