We are not a sustainable brand and we will not claim to be one. Here is what we actually do, measured, with the parts we have not fixed yet named openly.

Packaging

Every mailer is recycled, recyclable and designed to be reused for the return journey. No plastic tape since 2022.

Shipping

All U.S. deliveries are carbon-neutral through verified removal projects, not offsets bought after the fact.

Factories

Our full factory list is published annually and audited against the Fair Wear code of labour practice.

What we have not solved

Returns are our largest single source of emissions and the free-return model makes that worse. We are trialling a keep-or-exchange flow to cut the number of parcels in the air.

Materials

Sixty-one percent of this season is organic or recycled fibre. The remainder is conventional cotton and we report the split every season rather than rounding it up.
