When will my order arrive?
Standard U.S. delivery is three to five working days and is free on orders above $99. Express delivery arrives next working day when ordered before 2pm ET.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to forty countries. International delivery is five to twelve working days and duties are calculated at checkout so nothing is owed on arrival.
How do I return something?
Start a return from your account within 30 days of delivery. Print the prepaid label, or ask for a free pickup, and your refund is issued within three days of the parcel reaching us.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, until it enters the packing queue: usually about two hours after you order. Contact us and we will stop it if we still can.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard and American Express, plus cash on delivery within the United States. All card payments run over a 256-bit encrypted connection.
How do I know my size?
Every product page carries the measurements of the sample we photographed. Our size guide converts them to U.S., U.K. and E.U. sizing.
Are the products genuine?
Every item is bought directly from the brand or an authorised distributor. We never buy on the grey market, and we will refund twice the price of anything proven otherwise.
Do you offer gift cards?
Digital gift cards are available from $25 to $500, delivered by email, and never expire.
