Standard, 3 to 5 working days: free above $99, otherwise $4.95
Express, next working day: $12.95, order before 2pm ET
International, 5 to 12 working days: duties calculated at checkout
Every order ships carbon-neutral in recycled packaging

Returns

Thirty days from delivery on unworn items in original packaging
Prepaid return label, or a free pickup from your address
Refunds issued within three working days of the parcel reaching us
Exchanges ship the moment your return is scanned by the carrier

What cannot be returned?

Pierced jewellery, swimwear with the hygiene seal removed, and gift cards. Everything else is covered.

My parcel has not arrived

Tracking updates within 24 hours of dispatch. If it has not moved for three working days, contact us and we will open a carrier trace and reship immediately.

Something arrived damaged

Photograph it and email us within 48 hours. We reship the same day and never ask you to send the damaged item back first.
