A Type Scale That Survives Real Content.
Pick one ratio and four sizes. Anything more and the system stops being a system: authors start choosing sizes by eye, and six months later the site has eleven of them.
Then stress-test with the worst content you can imagine, not the best. A heading of forty words, a product name with no spaces, a paragraph in German. If the scale still reads at 360 pixels wide with that content, it will survive whatever the client publishes.
Line height and measure do more work than size ever will. Cap the measure near sixty-eight characters and set body line height by eye at the real width: the number that looks right in Figma is almost never the number that reads well on a phone.
