This studio collects only what it needs to answer you and to deliver commissioned work. Nothing is sold, rented or shared with advertisers.

What is collected

The enquiry form records the name, email address, project type and message you submit. If a commission goes ahead, the studio also keeps the billing details and delivery addresses required to complete and invoice the work.

How it is used

Your details are used to reply to your enquiry, to quote and schedule a shoot, to deliver files, and to keep the accounting records that tax law requires. Nothing else.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to a commission are deleted after twelve months. Records connected to invoiced work are kept for seven years, then destroyed.

Image rights and likeness

Portraits are never published without a signed release. If you have appeared in a commissioned session and want an image withdrawn from this site, write to the studio and it will be removed within five working days.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third party tracking. Any measurement used is aggregate and cannot identify a visitor.

Your choices

You may ask at any time for a copy of what is held about you, for a correction, or for deletion. Write to [email protected] and the studio will respond within thirty days.
