Security is the part of a wallet nobody wants to think about and everybody depends on. Here is what actually protects your money, without the acronyms.

Encryption in transit and at rest

Every request between your phone and our servers is encrypted, and the balances and card details stored on our side are encrypted again with keys held separately from the data. A stolen database on its own reveals nothing useful.

Biometrics beat passwords

Face and fingerprint unlock keep the secret on your device instead of on a server, so there is no shared password to leak. High-value transfers ask for a second confirmation even after you are signed in.

Our monitoring runs continuously and flags anything that does not match your normal pattern. If something looks wrong we hold the payment and ask you first, which is far cheaper for everyone than reversing it afterwards.
