Insured, Tracked, Signed For
Every order leaves the workshop in a lined box inside a plain outer carton, fully insured and tracked from our door to yours.
Dispatch times
Pieces held in the workshop are dispatched the next working day. Anything sized, engraved or made to order takes seven to ten working days, and we email you a photograph before it is packed.
Delivery
Domestic delivery is free and arrives within two working days of dispatch. International delivery is charged at cost and typically takes five to seven working days. A signature is required on every parcel.
Returns
You have thirty days to return anything unworn in its original box for a full refund. Engraved and made-to-order pieces are excluded, which we say clearly before you confirm them.
