A light-filled workplace for a growing Melbourne consultancy, built around quiet focus rooms, warm timber desking and a central social hub that carries the team through busy days.

The brief called for an office that felt closer to a home than a corporate floor. We softened the acoustic ceiling with oak battens, introduced planted dividers between teams and kept sight lines open to the city.
Task lighting, recycled wool panels and a muted palette keep the space calm through long working sessions, while the shared kitchen anchors the social heart of the studio.
