How do I book a room?

Every guest receives a welcome guide covering WiFi logins, breakfast hours, locker use and our shared workspace. The front desk is staffed around the clock to share city maps, tour bookings and local recommendations.
How much does a stay cost?
Rates start from twenty nine dollars per week for a dormitory bed and rise gently with private rooms and longer stays. Breakfast, fast WiFi and secure lockers are always included, with no hidden booking fees.
Do you run promotions or group discounts?
Yes. Book a longer stay or travel with a group of friends to unlock reduced weekly rates, and join our newsletter to hear first about room upgrades and off peak deals across our hostels.
Where are your hostels located?
Our hostels sit in the liveliest neighbourhoods of each city, close to public transport, markets, museums and nightlife, only minutes from cafes and landmarks.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least forty eight hours before your arrival date are fully refundable. For later changes we offer flexible credit toward a future stay at any of our hostels.
Can I store luggage before check-in?
Yes. Drop your bags with the front desk from early morning on your arrival day and collect them once your room is ready. Large lockers are free for every guest during their stay.
Do you have private rooms?
Every hostel offers private rooms alongside its dormitories, each with its own lock, storage and desk. Private rooms include the same breakfast, WiFi and 24×7 access as every other booking.
