The Details
Every clause.
In one place.
On the day we deliver your vehicle. Your first payment covers the first month, and your billing date stays the same every month after that.
Your plan price is charged monthly in advance. Overage miles and any extra services are added to the next bill. While the launch offer runs, your first month is charged at half the price.
Yes. Give us 7 days notice and we arrange collection. Pausing keeps your place in your city for up to three months. Swaps follow your plan's yearly allowance.
The subscriber and any additional drivers you register, each aged 25 or over with a full licence. Additional drivers cost nothing extra.
Call roadside assistance first if anyone needs help, then report the damage to our team within 24 hours. The insurance excess on your plan applies to any claim.
We collect the vehicle from your address. It should come back with at least 20% charge and no damage beyond fair wear; anything else is charged at cost.
