You may use the platform to issue virtual cards to software agents acting for your business or your users. You are responsible for what your agents buy with the cards you issue.
Keep your API keys secret and rotate them if you think one has been exposed. Activity made with your keys is treated as activity by you.
Cards are issued by our partner bank and funded from your wallet. Funds are held in a segregated custodial account and are never used by CanvasOrbit for its own purposes.
Do not use the platform for anything unlawful, to buy restricted goods, or to get around the limits of the card network. We may freeze cards that break these rules.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices can change with 30 days notice, and a change never applies to a billing month you have already paid for.
The platform is provided as described in your plan. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
We will tell you about material changes to these terms by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
