Our most asked-for bottle. Brinche Adamado is picked by hand from the oldest terraces on the estate, fermented on its skins for eighteen days and rested in French oak for a year. Expect ripe plum, dried fig and a whisper of cocoa, carried by tannins soft enough to open the moment it reaches the table.
