How do I pair a Canvas speaker?
Hold the Bluetooth button until the light pulses, then pick the speaker in your device list. It stays paired to the last two devices, so the next time it connects on its own.
How long does the battery really last?
Over 36 hours at conversational volume on Canvas Pod, and about 22 hours at half volume on Canvas Pod Mini. A ten minute USB-C charge is worth roughly four hours.
What is covered by the warranty?
Two years against defects in materials and workmanship, from the day the speaker is delivered. Accidental damage is not covered, but we repair it at cost wherever we can.
How do returns work?
Thirty days from delivery, for any reason, as long as the speaker comes back with its cable and case. We refund to the original payment method within five working days of it arriving.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day leave the same day. Standard delivery is two to four working days; express is next working day.
Can I use two speakers as a stereo pair?
Yes. Two speakers of the same model can be grouped as a left and right pair in the app, or run as two separate rooms playing the same source.
