Scope of Work

Every engagement starts with a written scope: the pages, keywords and channels covered, the deliverables, and the reporting cadence. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.

Fees & Payment

Plans are billed in advance for the period shown on the pricing page. Invoices are due within fourteen days. Either side may end a monthly plan with thirty days notice.

Results

Search rankings depend on factors no agency controls. We commit to method, effort and transparency, and we report honestly on what moved and what did not. We do not guarantee a position.

Intellectual Property

Content, code and reports we produce for you become yours once the invoice for them is settled. Our own methods, templates and tooling remain ours.

Liability

Our liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for it in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
