Fresh from the oven and straight to your door: our cornbread waffles ride out in insulated boxes with the syrup packed separately, so they arrive crisp at the edges and soft in the middle.

Packed to travel

Getting a waffle to survive a car ride is harder than it sounds. We tried five box designs before landing on a vented insulated shell that lets steam escape without letting the crust go limp, keeping the texture we serve at the pass.

Syrup and honey butter travel in their own small jars so nothing gets soggy in transit. A card in every box tells you to warm the waffle for ninety seconds and pour the syrup last: the same order we plate it in the kitchen.

A dish only counts as delivered when it lands on the table tasting the way it left the kitchen.
