Rules of COVID 19

Our crews adopted a strict health protocol the week lockdowns began, and most of it stayed after restrictions lifted because customers asked us to keep it.

Every van is sanitised between jobs, every crew member carries their own sealed kit of gloves and masks, and contactless paperwork means you never have to share a pen. Packing materials arrive shrink-wrapped and are opened in front of you.

If anyone in your household is isolating, tell your coordinator when you book: we will schedule a room-by-room sequence so the crew and your family are never in the same space.
