Your Account
One account, one person. You are responsible for what happens under it, so keep the password to yourself and tell us straight away if you think somebody else has it.
Fair Play
Cheat software, boosting services and account sales all end an account permanently. There is no appeal for the first two and no refund for any of them.
Purchases
A digital pre-order can be cancelled at any point before release for a full refund. After release, refunds follow the rules of the store you bought through.
Content You Make
Videos, streams, screenshots and guides are yours. Make them, monetise them, and use the game footage in them without asking us first.
Service Changes
Balance changes, map rotations and seasonal content change over time. Where a change removes something you paid for, we will say so before it happens.
