Every order leaves our studio within two working days, packed in recycled cardboard and compostable tissue. Delivery is carbon neutral on every service.

Returns
Thirty Days, No Questions
1. Start a Return
Tell us your order number and the pieces you are sending back. We email a prepaid label within the hour.
2. Pack It Up
Fold each piece with its tags attached and reuse our original box if you still have it.
3. Drop It Off
Hand the parcel to any carrier point. You will get an email the moment it arrives with us.
4. Get Your Refund
Refunds reach your original payment method within five working days of the parcel landing.
Aftercare
Lifetime Repairs
A loose button, a split seam or a worn cuff should never end a garment. Send any CanvasLoom piece back to us and our partner workshops will repair it free of charge for the original owner.
