To fulfil an order we need a name, an email address and, for a paperback, a delivery address. Payment details are handled by the payment provider and never reach our servers.

The site records anonymous page views so we know which chapters readers care about. Those records carry no name and no email address.

How We Use It

Order details are used to deliver the book and to answer questions about that order. If you ask for release news we will email you about new editions and nothing else, and every message carries a one-click unsubscribe.

How Long We Keep It

Order records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Everything else is deleted once it stops being useful, and you can ask us to erase your details at any time.

Cookies

The site sets a cart cookie so your basket survives a page reload, and a session cookie during checkout. Neither is used for advertising and neither follows you to other sites.
