Who we are
Studio Marque is a brand identity studio based at Level 18, 45 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this site or send us a project inquiry, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you submit the inquiry form we receive your name, company, email address, project type, budget range and the brief you write. We also keep standard server logs, which record your IP address, browser and the pages you requested, for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use your inquiry only to review your brief, arrange an intro call and prepare a proposal. We never sell your details, never add you to a mailing list without asking, and never share your brief outside the studio team working on it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twelve months. Client records are kept for seven years to meet our tax and accounting obligations, then deleted.
Cookies
This site sets only the cookies it needs to work, such as the one that remembers you submitted a form. We do not run advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.
