These are the terms that govern using CodePilot. They are short on purpose.
The agreement
Installing the plugin or creating an account means you accept these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.
Your plan
The Individual plan is free and capped at 2,000 completions a month. Team and Enterprise plans are billed in advance, per active seat, and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to generate code intended to cause harm, to circumvent the completion cap, or to resell the output as a competing assistant. We may suspend an account that does, and we will tell you why.
Your code stays yours
You keep every right in the code you write, including the parts a suggestion helped with. We claim nothing in it and we do not train on it.
Availability
We aim for 99.9% availability on paid plans and publish incidents on the status page. Enterprise agreements carry a written service level with credits attached.
Liability
A suggestion is a suggestion. Review what you accept, run your tests, and keep a human in the loop for anything that matters. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before a claim.
Changes
If these terms change we will post the new version here and email account holders thirty days before it takes effect.
