The balance is due sixty days before departure; trips booked inside sixty days are payable in full at confirmation.<\/p><p>Published prices include the services listed in the itinerary and exclude visas, insurance and personal spending unless stated otherwise.<\/p><h4>Changes and Cancellations<\/h4><p>You may change traveller names, dates or destinations subject to partner availability; supplier fees are passed through at cost.<\/p><p>Cancellations more than sixty days before departure receive a full refund of the package price. Inside sixty days we refund every amount our partners release to us.<\/p><h4>Our Responsibility<\/h4><p>We select established airlines, hoteliers and local operators and remain your single point of contact throughout the trip.
