The text, photographs and design belong to the studio and are not licensed for reuse elsewhere without asking us first.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"overflow-hidden mb-3\"><p data-animate=\"fadeInUpSmall fast\" class=\"text-white-50 mb-0\">We keep the information here as accurate as we can. Prices, opening hours and treatment details can change, and the version shown at the time you book is the one we will honour.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"overflow-hidden mb-3 mt-5\"><h4 data-animate=\"fadeInUpSmall fast\" class=\"h4 color mb-0\">Appointment requests<\/h4><\/div><div class=\"overflow-hidden mb-3\"><p data-animate=\"fadeInUpSmall fast\" class=\"text-white-50 mb-0\">Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your slot is held only once we have replied to confirm it, normally by email on the same day.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"overflow-hidden mb-3\"><p data-animate=\"fadeInUpSmall fast\" class=\"text-white-50 mb-0\">No payment is taken through this website for treatments. Anything owing is settled at the studio after your session.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"overflow-hidden mb-3\"><p data-animate=\"fadeInUpSmall fast\" class=\"text-white-50 mb-0\">If you need to move or cancel a confirmed appointment, please tell us at least 24 hours beforehand so the time can be offered to someone else.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"overflow-hidden mb-3 mt-5\"><h4 data-animate=\"fadeInUpSmall fast\" class=\"h4 color mb-0\">Orders from the shop<\/h4><\/div><div class=\"overflow-hidden mb-3\"><p data-animate=\"fadeInUpSmall fast\" class=\"text-white-50 mb-0\">Products bought through the shop are charged at the price shown at checkout and sent to the address you give us. If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund it.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"overflow-hidden mb-3\"><p data-animate=\"fadeInUpSmall fast\" class=\"text-white-50 mb-0\">Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
