They are written in plain language on purpose.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"mb-3\">Shipping<\/h3>\n<p>We ship from the San Francisco workshop Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 14:00 leave the same working day; anything later goes out the next. Standard delivery is free over $40 and takes two to four working days, express is $12.50 and arrives the next working day.<\/p>\n<p>International orders are sent tracked and take five to ten working days. Import duty is set by the destination country and payable by the recipient; we declare the full value on every parcel and never under-declare.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"mb-3\">Returns and exchanges<\/h3>\n<p>You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind, for any reason or none. Items must be unworn with their tags on; underwear and swimwear are excluded once the hygiene seal is broken. Return postage is free within the United States.<\/p>\n<p>Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order so the size you want is reserved immediately rather than after your parcel arrives. Full detail is on the Exchange and Return page.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"mb-3\">Faults and repairs<\/h3>\n<p>If something fails in normal wear within two years we repair it free, and replace it if it cannot be repaired. That covers seams, buttons, zips and hems. It does not cover accidental damage, though we will still mend it at cost.<\/p>\n<p>Nothing here limits your statutory rights.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"mb-3\">Privacy and data<\/h3>\n<p>We collect the least we can: what you ordered, where to send it, and how to reach you about it. We do not sell data, and marketing email only goes to people who asked for it. The full detail, including how long we keep records and how to have them deleted, is on the Privacy Policy page.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"mb-3\">Pricing and availability<\/h3>\n<p>Prices are set once, at the start of a style\u2019s life, and held until it is discontinued. We do not run seasonal sales, so a price you see today is the price you would have paid last month.<\/p>\n<p>Stock counts on the site are live.
