Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.<\/p><h3 class=\"text-transform-none ls-0 mt-5 mb-3\">Fees &amp; Payment<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plans are billed in advance for the period shown on the pricing page. Invoices are due within fourteen days. Either side may end a monthly plan with thirty days notice.<\/p><h3 class=\"text-transform-none ls-0 mt-5 mb-3\">Results<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Search rankings depend on factors no agency controls. We commit to method, effort and transparency, and we report honestly on what moved and what did not. We do not guarantee a position.<\/p><h3 class=\"text-transform-none ls-0 mt-5 mb-3\">Intellectual Property<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Content, code and reports we produce for you become yours once the invoice for them is settled. Our own methods, templates and tooling remain ours.<\/p><h3 class=\"text-transform-none ls-0 mt-5 mb-3\">Liability<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for it in the three months before the claim.
