A shortlist reads as confidence and a long list reads as an archive. Anything else belongs behind a &#8220;more work&#8221; link, where the curious can find it and nobody else has to wade through it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then make the next step embarrassingly obvious. One primary action, repeated at the end of every case study, in the same words every time.
