We tried five box designs before landing on a vented insulated shell that lets steam escape without letting the crust go limp, keeping the texture we serve at the pass.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Syrup and honey butter travel in their own small jars so nothing gets soggy in transit. A card in every box tells you to warm the waffle for ninety seconds and pour the syrup last: the same order we plate it in the kitchen.<\/p>\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A dish only counts as delivered when it lands on the table tasting the way it left the kitchen.<\/p>\n<cite>Marco Bianchi, Head Chef<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The hearts were meant to be a one-off, but the delivery boxes made them a fixture.
