These five are built on infusion rather than extraction, which means gentler flavours, almost no bitterness and very little equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cold-brewed green tea is the easiest place to start: a tablespoon of leaf in a litre of cold water, left in the fridge overnight and strained in the morning. Because the water never gets hot, the tannins stay put and the result is sweet rather than astringent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toasted barley, fresh ginger with lemon, rooibos with orange peel and a simple mint tisane round out the set.
