Nothing is sold, rented or shared with advertisers.<\/p>\n<h2>What is collected<\/h2>\n<p>The enquiry form records the name, email address, project type and message you submit. If a commission goes ahead, the studio also keeps the billing details and delivery addresses required to complete and invoice the work.<\/p>\n<h2>How it is used<\/h2>\n<p>Your details are used to reply to your enquiry, to quote and schedule a shoot, to deliver files, and to keep the accounting records that tax law requires. Nothing else.<\/p>\n<h2>How long it is kept<\/h2>\n<p>Enquiries that do not lead to a commission are deleted after twelve months. Records connected to invoiced work are kept for seven years, then destroyed.<\/p>\n<h2>Image rights and likeness<\/h2>\n<p>Portraits are never published without a signed release. If you have appeared in a commissioned session and want an image withdrawn from this site, write to the studio and it will be removed within five working days.<\/p>\n<h2>Cookies and analytics<\/h2>\n<p>This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third party tracking. Any measurement used is aggregate and cannot identify a visitor.<\/p>\n<h2>Your choices<\/h2>\n<p>You may ask at any time for a copy of what is held about you, for a correction, or for deletion.
