An editorial fashion series shot entirely between midnight and four, on streets emptied by the hour rather than by permit.<\/p>\n

Fashion photographed at night usually means a lit set pretending to be a street. This series inverts that: real streets, real hours, and only the light a small flash and a shop window could provide.<\/p>\n

Working against the clock<\/h2>\n

Each night gave us four usable hours and one location. Nothing could be reset, nothing could be reshot the following evening, and every frame in the final edit is from a first or second attempt.<\/p>\n

Constraint is the fastest route to a picture that could not have been made any other way.<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n
