\n\t\t\t\tHow long does adopting a dog take?\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\tMost adoptions complete within seven to ten days. That covers the enquiry, a meet and greet at the shelter, a short home check and the paperwork. If the dog you like needs medical treatment first, we will tell you the date before you commit to anything.\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

\n\t\t\tYes, for many of our dogs. We ask about your hours because some dogs genuinely cannot be alone for long, and others are perfectly settled for a working day with a midday walk. Our counsellors match on the dog, never on a rule.\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

\n\t\t\tWe do. Every dog is assessed with children in mind and we are honest when a dog is not suited to a busy household. If we say no to one dog, we will usually have two others who would love your family.\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

\n\t\t\tVaccinations, microchipping, neutering where appropriate, a full health check, four weeks of behaviour support and a starter pack of the food the dog is already eating. It never covers our costs, and it is not meant to.\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
