Harrington Residences is designed to a 5 Star Green Star rating. A high performance facade, heat recovery ventilation and full LED lighting cut modelled energy use by 38 per cent against a code-compliant tower of the same size.<\/p>

Rooftop photovoltaics carry the common areas through daylight hours, rainwater is harvested for irrigation and cooling make-up, and every basement bay is EV ready from day one.<\/p>

Ninety per cent of construction waste is diverted from landfill under a contract obligation audited at each stage payment.<\/p><\/div>
