How do I book a move?<\/div><\/div>
Send your pickup and delivery addresses through any quote form on this site, or call the number in the header. A coordinator confirms your slot within a few hours and emails a written quote with a fixed price and a delivery window.<\/div><\/div>

Can I track my shipment?<\/div><\/div>
Every vehicle carries GPS and every consignment has a reference number, printed on your quote and on the inventory sheet the crew leaves with you. Quote that number to your coordinator at any time for a position and a revised arrival window.<\/div><\/div>

What is and is not insured?<\/div><\/div>
Transit cover to the declared value is included on every job at no extra charge. Cash, jewellery, documents and perishable food are excluded; take those with you. Declare anything worth more than the standard item limit before packing day so we can crate and schedule it separately.<\/div><\/div>

How do I change or cancel a booking?<\/div><\/div>
Reply to your confirmation email or call your coordinator. Changes made more than 48 hours before the slot cost nothing; inside 48 hours a call-out fee applies because the crew and vehicle are already committed.<\/div><\/div>

Something arrived damaged. What now?<\/div><\/div>
Note it on the crew leader's delivery sheet before they leave, photograph the item and email the photographs to your coordinator within seven days. Claims are assessed against the inventory taken at pickup and settled within twenty-one days.<\/div><\/div>

Do you offer storage between dates?<\/div><\/div>
Yes. Climate-controlled storage is billed by the week, insured to the same level as transit, and can be booked at any point up to delivery day, useful when a completion date slips.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
