Order our free sizing kit from the contact page and we will post it the same day. It holds a set of plain bands you can wear for an afternoon, which is far more reliable than measuring a finger once. If you already know your size, tell us at checkout and we will cut to it.<\/p>\t<\/div>\n\t

Yes, on the inner face of any ring and on the reverse of most pendants. Engraving is free, adds three working days, and is done by hand rather than by machine. Engraved pieces cannot be returned, so we send you a proof to approve first.<\/p>\t<\/div>\n\t

Every diamond above a quarter of a carat arrives with an independent certificate, which travels with the piece. Smaller stones and coloured stones are certified by our own gemmologist and come with a written description of cut, colour and origin.<\/p>\t<\/div>\n\t

Warm water, a drop of soap and a soft brush is enough for almost everything we make. Keep pieces apart in the box they arrived in so chains do not scratch settings, and bring anything back to us once a year for a free clean and a clasp check.<\/p>\t<\/div>\n\t
