For medical and travel cover we also collect the health information you declare.<\/p><h2 class=\"mb-3 h4 font-primary text-transform-none ls-0\">Why we collect it<\/h2><p class=\"mb-4 op-08\">To price a policy, to issue and administer it, to assess claims, to meet our regulatory obligations, and to detect fraud. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.<\/p><h2 class=\"mb-3 h4 font-primary text-transform-none ls-0\">Who sees it<\/h2><p class=\"mb-4 op-08\">Our own staff, the underwriters who carry the risk, the loss adjusters assigned to a claim, and the payment processor. Each of them sees only the part they need.<\/p><h2 class=\"mb-3 h4 font-primary text-transform-none ls-0\">How long we keep it<\/h2><p class=\"mb-4 op-08\">Policy and claims records are kept for seven years after the policy ends, which is the period our regulator requires. Quote data that never became a policy is deleted after twelve months.<\/p><h2 class=\"mb-3 h4 font-primary text-transform-none ls-0\">Your rights<\/h2><p class=\"mb-4 op-08\">You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.
