Terms & Conditions<\/h1><\/div>

T<\/mark>hese are the terms every project runs on. They are the same for a single room and for a whole house, and your quotation repeats the ones that apply to you.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Fees And Stages<\/h2>

Every project is quoted as a fixed fee in three stages: survey and concept, drawing pack, then delivery and styling. Each stage is invoiced when it is handed over and approved.<\/p><\/div>

Changes To The Plan<\/h2>

You can change your mind at any point. A change that alters a drawing already approved is quoted before it is made, so a new price is never a surprise.<\/p><\/div>

What The Makers Guarantee<\/h2>

Furniture and joinery carry the maker guarantee, which we register in your name on handover day. We will chase any claim on your behalf for as long as you own the piece.<\/p><\/div>

Cancelling<\/h2>

Cancel before the survey and nothing is owed. Cancel after it and the stage in progress is invoiced at the proportion completed, with every drawing produced so far handed over to you.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
