If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel without charge.<\/p><p>Prices include local sales tax where we are registered for it. Import duty on orders outside our shipping regions is the responsibility of the recipient.<\/p><div class=\"heading-block mb-3 mt-5 border-bottom-0\"><h3>Delivery<\/h3><\/div><p>Shipping is free worldwide. Delivery estimates are estimates: we ship within one working day and hand over to a carrier, and once the parcel leaves us its progress is theirs to report.<\/p><p>Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and contact support the same day.<\/p><div class=\"heading-block mb-3 mt-5 border-bottom-0\"><h3>Returns and Warranty<\/h3><\/div><p>You may return any pair within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, in its original box and with the accessories it shipped with. We pay for the return label.<\/p><p>Every pair carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing faults. Wear items such as ear cushions and cables are excluded, as is damage from liquid, drops or unauthorised repair.<\/p><div class=\"heading-block mb-3 mt-5 border-bottom-0\"><h3>Liability<\/h3><\/div><p>Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.<\/p><p>These terms are governed by the law of the country of the store that took the order, and any dispute is heard in its courts.<\/p><p class=\"mt-5 mb-0\">Questions about this page?
