There is no appeal for the first two and no refund for any of them.<\/p><h2 class=\"gaming-band-title fs-3 text-light mt-5 mb-3\">Purchases<\/h2><p class=\"mb-0 op-08\">A digital pre-order can be cancelled at any point before release for a full refund. After release, refunds follow the rules of the store you bought through.<\/p><h2 class=\"gaming-band-title fs-3 text-light mt-5 mb-3\">Content You Make<\/h2><p class=\"mb-0 op-08\">Videos, streams, screenshots and guides are yours. Make them, monetise them, and use the game footage in them without asking us first.<\/p><h2 class=\"gaming-band-title fs-3 text-light mt-5 mb-3\">Service Changes<\/h2><p class=\"mb-0 op-08\">Balance changes, map rotations and seasonal content change over time.
