A bank statement describes what happened. Read three months of the second one before writing another of the first, and mark every line you cannot immediately explain.<\/p><h3 class=\"font-body fw-semibold mt-5 mb-3\">Sort by frequency, not by size<\/h3><p>A single large purchase is visible and usually deliberate. A small monthly charge is invisible and compounds quietly. Sorting by how often something recurs surfaces the leaks that a size-ordered list hides.<\/p><h3 class=\"font-body fw-semibold mt-5 mb-3\">Cancel, then wait a month<\/h3><p>Rather than deciding in advance which subscriptions matter, cancel the doubtful ones and see which you actively miss.
