The teams that work well write decisions down, in a place everyone can find them, with enough context that a colleague reading at seven in the morning does not need to ask a follow-up question and wait a day for the answer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That habit costs about twenty minutes a day and buys back hours. It also makes onboarding trivial, because the written record is the training material nobody had to sit down and write separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Be visible on purpose<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remote work hides effort. Post what you shipped, not what you were busy with, and post it where the whole team reads rather than in a direct message to your manager.
