That single step removes most of the waiting people used to expect from a repeat order.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each order is packed against a checklist and sealed before it leaves. You can follow its progress in the app, and the courier will let you know when they are close.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Planning for busy weeks<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Demand is not steady across the year, so we plan capacity ahead of the seasons we know are heaviest. Extra couriers, longer pharmacy hours and a larger buffer of everyday items all help keep delivery windows short.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where a courier route is disrupted, orders are re-assigned automatically rather than waiting for the next day.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Safe hand-over<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contactless hand-over is the default.
