They are deliberately short.<\/p><h3 class=\"text-transform-none ls-0 mt-5\">Using this website<\/h3><p>You are welcome to read, print and share anything published here. You may not republish it as your own, and you may not use automated tools in a way that degrades the service for other people.<\/p><h3 class=\"text-transform-none ls-0 mt-5\">Our services<\/h3><p>Work is carried out under a separate written agreement that sets out scope, timetable and fees. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, that agreement wins.<\/p><h3 class=\"text-transform-none ls-0 mt-5\">Intellectual property<\/h3><p>On final payment, everything we produce for you becomes yours outright. Until then it remains ours. The underlying tools and libraries we bring stay ours and are licensed to you perpetually for the delivered work.<\/p><h3 class=\"text-transform-none ls-0 mt-5\">Payment<\/h3><p>Invoices are payable within thirty days. Late payment carries statutory interest, though we would much rather send a reminder than an invoice for interest.<\/p><h3 class=\"text-transform-none ls-0 mt-5\">Liability<\/h3><p>We stand behind our work and will put right anything that is our fault.
