Turn up at the Riverside Arch on any weekday and one of these four will hand you your bike.<\/p><\/div>

Marta Osei<\/h3>Founder and Head Mechanic<\/small>

Bought the first six bikes, still builds every wheel that goes out on a road bike. Will talk about bearing preload for as long as you let her.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Dan Whitlock<\/h3>Workshop Lead<\/small>

Runs the service schedule and the parts store. If a bike leaves the arch, Dan has signed it off.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Priya Raman<\/h3>Rider Support<\/small>

Answers the phone, the email and the door. Knows which bike suits which commute better than anyone here.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Tom Sandoval<\/h3>Electric Specialist<\/small>

Looks after the battery fleet and runs the test drives. Trained by the motor manufacturer, sceptical of range claims.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
